Our courses are conducted in small groups with an experienced tutor who will help guide you through the course detailing all the information that you will need in order to help you assist giving sports massages that can help prevent injuries and boost performance.
Sports Therapy Courses
At Body Aid Solutions we offer two different courses depending on your level of experience. A level 3 sports massage course is offered to those who are just starting out while a level 4 course is designed for more experienced therapists. If you are already a personal trainer or considering it as a career then these two courses align perfectly and can help develop your skills and knowledge base.

I have completed the Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy course with Dan as my instructor. I felt the course has really broadened my knowledge in a broad spectrum of sections such as Anatomy and Physiology and the range of massage techniques that we can use on the clients. I felt very confident at the end of the course in going out and seeing clients and I have had some great feedback on my services. The course was very in depth in teaching the practical side of Sports Massage but also guided us through the theory aspect. The course materials we received enabled us to complete the assignments with ease as they were easy to understand and offered up a lot of information. Dan made us all feel very at ease and engaged everyone with his teaching methods. I am looking forward to my Level 4 Massage course at the end of the year.
